 Establishment of Daedeok Valley Campus |
 In order to fully realize Hannam University's vision of becoming a global influence on the evolution of future Biological and Technological endeavors, and as a means of facing and contributing to the next generation of venturing, the university established its Daedeok Valley campus on 92,562m2. in the center of Daedeok Valley, a scenic but bustling site which is quickly becoming recognized as a hotbed of creativity and technological accomplishment. |

| Bio-Nano Science College |
 One critical component of the university's strategy was to create its "Bio-nano Science College." In order to maintain the university's high standards, new students' admission will be considered based on their overall college accomplishments, including biotech and nanotechnology. In addition, based on recommendations of the approximately 40 professors and staff members, the college will provide students with financial and housing assistance including special scholarship and grant programs for new students, a number of other financial programs, and dorm and apartment facilities to accommodate new students from other cities and states. |

| Establishment of Hannam University's Academia-Industry-Research Institute Collaboration System |
 The Industry - Academia Cooperation Institute of Hannam University was originally developed to foster venture companies, and the university now intends for it to act as a central hub for collaboration between industry and academia in order to both strengthen international competitive power and activate local economies. The Industry - Academia Cooperation Institute of Hannam University, located in the heart of the Daedeok R&D special district, will provide space for venture companies with bright prospects in the biotechnology field.
The Industry - Academia Cooperation Institute has a University owned enterprise called the "Linton Bio," which will train students to prepare for work in bio-related industries and to develop and produce highly valuable products that will return profits to the university. Furthermore, the "Linton Bio" will be a new model for universities as a financial resource, It also work as an incubating center which has five BT-related venture companies in it. |

 The Linton Global College provides students with a "study-abroad" experience combining English immersion and international culture studies with high global standards of academic excellence. |

| The "Floating School" of Hannam Graduate School |
 There is a critical need to acquire Information Technology in today? global information-based economy. To attain a competitive edge in this field is deemed imperative in order to be successful in the present world.
Hannam University, which has five IT-related departments and majors, is willing to partner with foreign universities which do not have the capability to offer such programs to their students. As one of the notable providers of ITeducation programs in Korea, the Graduate School of Hannam University has successfully launched an international M.S. IT program in the Philippines and enrolled 80 graduate students through Leyte Normal University and Nueva Ecija University of Science & Technology. Recently we have made contracts with other Universities for M.S. IT and Ph.D. IT programs, for an M.S. IE program. We are also looking forward to similar projects in other countries. |
