 In October, 1978, Hannam University set up sisterhood relationship with Shikoku Gakuin University, Japan. Since then, it has consistently expanded its relationship with around 108 universities and institutions in 23 countries so far; as a result, it is now actively promoting such a variety of international exchange programs as providing academic information and materials, exchanging both faculty and students, holding international symposiums, conducting joint projects, sending short-term training groups, making mutual visits periodically, etc. Specifically, it not only picks out 40 students and send them to a range of sister universities but conducts faculty training programs on a yearly basis. |
